Manufactured textile blouse, which is white, covered with gold sequins, and has red embroidery on the back and front. This blouse usually does not come with a matching wrapper, unlike 2007.279. This blouse is called after Rhissa ag Boula, rebel leader during the 1990s rebellion, who later became Minister for Tourism.
