Silk shawl, pha sabai, on a beige ground decorated with bands of supplementary weft. Four main bands are of Dongson type patterns, two in pink, two in black. Between these and at ends bands of check patterns in black and pink. At each ends of these Dongson type pattern in greenish gold terminating in long vertical stripes. Hemmed at warp ends with tassels in cream and brown added. Laos (AF67.1)
