Mask of an animal, possibly a bear, with bulging eyes. There are apertures with raised rim where the ears, now missing, were once fixed. The outer surface is painted yellowish white, with the sockets of the prominent eyes painted pink. The large nostrils are also painted pink, and the pink tongue is carved into the mouth. There are canines to either side at the front of the mouth in both upper and lower jaws, and regular-sized carved teeth along the front of both upper and lower jaws. There are squarish slots at the side of the head.
