Join us on select Thursday afternoons for a chance to find out more about our Handling Collection, and meet local community groups.
Drop into our Hands On Base anytime between 3.30pm – 4.45pm on Thursday afternoons to get up close with our Handling Collection, and meet members of our community on occasion.
We have lots of things in the collection from toys to musical instruments, clothes from around the world, puppets, taxidermy and masks, to name a few.
Some of these sessions are run in partnership with local community groups, who choose objects from our collections and share their stories about what they mean to them.
