Coat made of two layers of thick blue cloth, with high collar and neck opening, long sleeves and a flared fringe on the bottom hem, decorated with red cloth and rows of waviform tape. The back has gussets in it. The deep yoke, shoulder, neck, collar and cuffs are similarly decorated in red cloth and floral and waviform tape. The gap at the neck is fastened by a metal clasp, each half of which has three diamond metal pendants hanging from it. There is a large inside pocket on each breast; on the outer side of the left breast an ornament of a pair of fur boots and a piece of bone with Suomi Finland on it is fixed by a safety pin on green and red thread.
