
Loom, stative, or tiară, composed of the following parts:(a) 2 loom framings, decorated with half circles, forming simplified flowers and geometrical designs on the outer part of the framing. the legs of the loom are decorated with larger designs in rows of three, at the top and towards the bottom. The small designs are shaped like triangles. (b) 2 rollers: (1) the larger loom beam over which the warp is coiled (the warp threads being taken off the winder) with the aid of these rods (2) the take up roller, which takes up the woven material. (c) the batten in which the weaver's reed is fixed, also decorated with half circles. The batten is fixed to the loom by means of a long parallelepiped shaped piece of wood (d) the shafts placed over the batten (e) the healds (f) treadles (g) picker (h) shuttle. Includes weaver's reed.
