Apron (fringed). Oblong shaped apron, woven in a 4 thread pattern, at the lower end a portion of 200mm richly adorned with geometrical hand picked designs. Designs are worked with thin woollen thread in the following colours: yellow, orange-yellow, green, mauve, blue, pink and white cotton. These designs are arranged in stripes. The edge bordering the ornamented portion is scalloped with fine woollen thread. Tassels are attached to the bottom part. Groups of five thin stripes worked in orange, red and green silk run down the sides. The top has a seam and a group of five thin stripes worked in fine woollen thread coloured pink, red, yellow and green.
