
Mug or cup. Cup with narrow mouth and bottom. Elaborate handle. Decorated with carved angular designs round the centre. Drilled handle. (Walnut). Height 80mm.
This cup is generally used by peasants when on the road or at work. Today it is mostly used by shepherds or woodcutters, who wear it attached to the girdle by the strap. The shape and decorative scheme belong to the typology of the Hunedoara Region.
