Bound foot shoe. One of a pair of shoes for bound feet; uppers of turquoise silk embroidered with flowers in white, green, blue, red, yellow, black and orange threads; top of uppers bound with gold thread and black silk thread; lacings of white silk thread; lining of coarse white cotton. The sole and heel are of pink, blue and white silk, the latter bing embroidered with a flower in pink, mauve, blue and green thread. Length approx. 3.2", 82 mm and width, 1", 26mm.
