Necklace made from two rows of beads threaded onto wire, in red, blue and white. Some of the beads, are round, some seed-shaped, and some interlocking.
Beaded necklace. Red , blue, white beads bought from marsabit threaded on wire from Maralal. it was worn in Fenno's' fathers' time, when they were treaded for goats (1920-30). Worn by married women only. It was worn because maridadi (beautiful). This one has been manufactured in Moprijoi. Made by women.
