On Weds 29 and Thurs 20 March, the Butterfly House, Animal Walk, Blue Badge Parking, Bandstand Terrace and Horniman Drive gates and path will be closed for resurfacing works. Please follow signs on site.
We strongly advise visitors to book tickets in advance to avoid queuing, due to reduced till points at the Ticket Desk.
Orange and blue face beads. Formed of a string of large orange beads, separated by smaller blue beads, with two large white beads. Beads are form Maralal - made by Moran's mother after his circumcision. He wears white bead behind each ear. Wears it after circumcision to elder, he gives it to other boy afterwards. Worn by moran of the Lpisikishu or Lngwesi clan. This one was manufactured in Nkorien, near Klyaingor.
