Sword from Democratic Republic of the Congo, formerly Zaire. The sword has a leaf-shaped blade made from iron, with decoration where the blade meets the hilt. The hilt is formed of wood with iron on the top part, a wooden disk for the guard mid way down and a coil of copper alloy on the bottom of the hilt.
