Circular brass bowl and lid, decorated overall with intricate patterns achieved by engraving, inlaying silver wire, and darkening the background with a black compound. On the underside the pattern is of interlocking lines; on the sides there is a band of alternating cartouches and medallions.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
