On Fri 31 March, the Butterfly House, Animal Walk, Bandstand Terrace, and Horniman Drive gates and path will be closed for resurfacing works. Blue Badge parking is closed. Please follow signs on site.
We strongly advise visitors to book tickets in advance to avoid queuing, due to reduced till points at the Ticket Desk.
Bow and arrows (Bedamuni: agi taadi). A set comprising a bow and seven arrows. Sets like these are used by boys aged from 5 to 11 years to try to shoot birds, lizards, grasshoppers, and small marsupials. However, it is mainly regarded as training equipment without much practical effectiveness.
This set was used by Sagai, and made by his father Kakanabia.
