Trousers (hakame) in grey pin-striped silk. The two pleats on either side of the front are tacked into position. There is a deep inverted pleat at back (not tacked down) and the long ties attached to the waist are neatly folded and secured at the back just below the stiffened piece. The all-over grey colour is actually composed of several different coloured warp threads: black, grey, white and green-blue. Overall length from waist to hem 92.5 cm, 36 1/2 in.
