Shepherd's felt cream-coloured woollen cloak ('Kepenek') with an integral hood. The textile is decorated either side of the central opening with an large inlaid red, and blue circular motif with scalloped edges. Above each is a smaller circular motif with an outward-facing dentate edge. Underneath is a red 8 on each side. Between the smaller circular motifs is the lettering TUR, and KEY in red. A moon-and-star motif are outlined in red on the front of the hood.
