Glove puppet with central rod, kukli. Puppet is perhaps of a mature woman with exposed long black hair; a long face (like some Khivan women; Cf 1999.64; 1999.61); arched eyebrows lacking eyelashes and a small mouth. Wearing an ikat dress coloured red, yellow, purple and green, trimmed around the neck and cuffs with a leaf-patterned glitzy-gold fabric. Hands are made from beige, padded fabric. Her hat may be missing.
