Self bow of reddish hard wood tapering gradually towards both ends. The bow is of plano convex section. At one end, although the string has been lost there is the attachment snood of distinctively Solomon Island beaked variety covered in parinarium gum and the curved belly of the bow id decorated with a double line throughput the entire length.
