Bamun Cap Mask

Bamun mask (Ngorn) with decorative coins. A large brown clay mask. The head is decorated with coins to portray a scaled look. There are two bulbous protrusions on the top of the head. There are two ears, also decorated with coins, large bulging eyes, and a narrow nose with flared nostrils. The left cheek has four coins decorating it. It has thin lips, the bottom lip is chipped. There are no teeth, but there is a hole in the mouth that goes through the mask. There is a long chin, also decorated with coins. Around the base of the mask are a sequence of holes.
