Tenoroon, tenor bassoon in F. Fruit wood with brass keys, ferrules and end cap. Eight* keys including poorly added C-sharp key on wing. Keys are saddle mounted with circular flat flaps and leather pads. String lapped tenons. Sling hook on butt joint. Bell is stamped: CHARLES.PACE/No. 2 CROWN St./WESTMINSTER. *NB This instrument has nine keys. This was observed on 2022-11-22 during a visit with tenoroon specialist, Donna Agerell.
