Bamboo tobacco pipe. Stem of bamboo with very distinct nodules, curved more steeply towards bowl of pipe. A small piece of cream fabric has been wrapped around the mouthpiece and a larger red piece around the end which attaches to the bowl. The bowl is made from one piece of wood with darker circular markings in the rounded part; apparently a feature of the natural wood. On the outside of the bowl is a narrow, upwards projection ending a knob, which narrows towards the circular point at which is would be attcahed to the stem.
