Bridal headdress, tsunokakushi, (literally meaning 'horn-hider'), consisting of a rectangular strip of white silk fabric which is folded and wrapped around the bride's head. It includes several accompanying yellow plastic hair ornaments to be inserted into the wig. Some of the plastic ornaments are in the shapes of flowers and leaves, and there is also a comb. The assembled headdress is pinned to a wig (2006.480), which in turn is mounted on a mannequin's head. There is also a set of instructions with the headdress, in the form of one piece of paper with a diagram and some text in Japanese.
