The Horniman Museum will be closed from 24-26 December. The Horniman Gardens will be closed 25 December only.
Blue woman’s jacket, toego, figured silk. Tailored jacket of damask, with roundels of floral patterning in the ground. Rectangular body with quasi-triangular sleeves with large armholes, the sleeves narrowing towards the cuffs which fold back. A strip of cloth runs round the neck and along the front opening. Unlined.
