Malacacheta, snare drum with the logo of the band, Monobloco. 12" model, of aluminium.

Side drum, malacacheta, 12 inch model. The cylindrical shell is of aluminium, with metal bushed air vent, steel counterhoops and six tension rods. The maker's name 'CONTEMPORÂNEA' is printed in black within a red frame, on a label on the side of the drum and on the plastic heads. 'MONOBLOCO/RIO DE JANEIRO - BRASIL' encircles the logo of the band Monobloco, in blue on both heads. The lower head is fitted with three snares. The drum is played with a pair of sticks.
