Decorated egg, ‘oklejanki’ [no direct translation available]. The egg is white with multi-coloured repeating floral patterns created using a technique of layering pieces of coloured paper, identical to one used in creating paper cut-outs. This technique is known only in the Łowicz area, Mazovia, central Poland.
