Circular copper medal decorated with the head and shoulders of Belgrano on the obverse with the inscription 'Centenario del primer juramento y bendicion de la bandera, Belgrano'. The reverse is decorated with a pendant/banner incorporating a rising sun and two hands holding a pole with a hat hanging from the top. The pendent/banner is suspended from a spear shaft and is surrounded by the inscription 'El rosario fue su Cuna-Jujuy su gloriso regazo. 1812. 25 Mayo. 1912'. The medal/coin is hanging from a blue and white silk ribbon.
