One of eight heads of one-piece wooden spears, armed with small sharks' teeth and ornamented with frills of raffia which have been interwoven and bound with black and brown thread. the weapons are of a modern pattern and were collected by a missionary, Miss Pateman, about 1930. The heads have been cut from the shafts.
