Jar of globular form with long neck and everted rim, round sides tapered to splayed foot and flat base. The body is of grey earthenware with traces of painted decoration in red and white pigment. Three incised rings around shoulder. Wheel thrown. This jar is an imitation of ritual bronzeware of an earlier period and would have been used as a ritual vessel buried in a Han tomb.
