A dark brown, wooden ladle, with a wide and shallow bowl. The ladle is carved from one piece of wood and has a handle that comes off straight from the bowl that tapers towards the end. The end section of the handle is bent backwards and has a carved figure of a human on their hands and knees. Between the shins of the figure are two holes and a piece of string is tied to the section of handle the figure is bent over.
