Cylindrical pot with a flat bottom, vertical walls and slightly domed fitted lid with a copper ring in the centre. There are two looped handles, one each side a quarter of the way down , on a staple ring and bosses. The vessel is made of plain copper decorated with raised brass straps and plaques of relief scrollwork where the straps cross.
