On Saturday 5 July the Gardens will be accessible to Big Fish Little Fish ticket holders only. The Museum will be open as usual and entrance will be via London Road only.
Wooden lathe part, from The Maldives. The piece is cylinder shaped, with a circular bottom, which narrows into the centre and then widens at the top, to form a spherical head. At the centre of the head is a small metal pin which acts as the lathe. The top and bottom are painted red and black. The central narrow column has a ribbed, lathed pattern.
