Strip of embroidered linen textile, made in two sections, and sewn together at one of the shorter edges. Possibly part of a woman's blouse. There are 15 roughly diamond-shaped motifs in a row. They are worked in light and dark purple, red, yellow, orange and gold-coloured metal-wrapped thread. Small blue and green beads are attached.

Collection Information

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
