The Horniman Museum will be closed from 24-26 December. The Horniman Gardens will be closed 25 December only.
Fork with two tines curving outward slightly at the tip. These then step to a waisted rounded midsection before joining the handle fixing. This is decorated with circumferential grooves. The handle is made of ivory dyed green and oval in cross-section with a flat tip.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
