Embroidered silk watch pocket made to hang from a belt. It has a cream satin front and red tabby back and lining. The pocket section is roughly square and has a flap, which is lined with black fabric with printed floral motifs. Three embroidered motifs: at the top a lilac floral spray and an insect, on the flap a phoenix amid flowers and at the bottom a qilin, a Chinese mythical animal, flanked by floral sprays. The edges are decorated with blue blanket stitches and braided ribbon with curvilinear pattern.
