Carved wooden model depicting a couple sitting on red cotton cloth on a wheelbarrow loaded with suitcase and cloth-wrapped parcel, while a man pushes it at the back. There are two sticks, arising behind the male passenger. This type of object was used by missionaries to explain life overseas to audiences at their talks while they were on home leave.

Collection Information

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
