Bow case of black velvet-faced leather edged with green cotton and leather binding. The case is bordered with applied black cloud-shaped leather pieces and a perforated brass plaque with floral designs. A rosette motif in black leather applique is set with seven brass medallions and a perforated brass plaque with floral design at its centre. There is an oval shaped engraved brass ring near the top right corner for suspending from a belt.
