Manuscript detailing 'The Rules and Orders of Cocking'. A list of twenty rules pertaining to cockfighting at the cockpit in St James Park, Westminster. Signed and sealed on the 4th June 1754, by the Master of the Main John Ardesoif. In red and black ink on thin card. There is also a wax seal. Label: two yellow exhibition labels, printed.
