Folder 1: Natural History Gallery ideas and concepts - includes fungus display project outline, 'Monarch of the Glen' (British Deer display) proposals, copy of sponsorship proposal 'Nature & Man' - a new living display for the Horniman Museum and correspondence with potential sponsors, copies of papers prepared by Dr Penny Wheatcroft for submission to the Museum Advisory Committee to support proposals to redevelop the gallery, re-organisation of the gallery ideas document, gallery roof project substitute display outline.
Folder 2: North Hall concept document, outline scheme for redevelopment, tender document for appointment of a lead consultant, plans and costings, 3 black and white photographs of the gallery.
Folder 3: Tenders and correspondence from Higgins Gardner & Partners and John Dangerfield Associates.
There is also an additional folder containing plans and concepts for an update of the Natural History gallery.
