421.111.22 Stopped single end-blown flutes with fingerholes

End-blown notched flute of bamboo. The distal end is blocked with a leaf plug, which also blocks the distal fingerhole. Four fingerholes. Collected by Colin M. Turnbull around 1956, among the objects originating from the Bira villagers in the Ituri forest and used by Mbuti archers.
