Taxidermy case of adult male and adult female Common Goldeneye. According to Edward Hart, writing on 21 April 1927, 'Left (no 1): adult female, January 1870; right (no 2): adult male, January 1870. Shot by me on Cowards Marsh, River Avon, Christchurch. Sexes differ; summer and winter plumage the same. Mounted by me'.
