Taxidermy case of adult male and adult female Eurasian Golden Oriole (male missing). According to Edward Hart, writing on 6 April 1927, 'Left (no 1): adult female, shot by me at Somerford, Christchurch, May 15th 1884; right (no 2): adult male, shot by me at Blackwater, Christchurch, May 1869. Sexes differ, summer and winter plumage the same'.
