Square cream cotton gauze textile sewn together along the selvedges of 3 rectangular pieces. The textile is intended as a woman's shirt ('huipil') according to the accompanying documentation. Each section has a plain edges at bothshorter sides, then a section of plain gauze. The majority is patterned with zigzags woven in supplementary warp. At the centre of the middle one is a plain gauze square (possibly for the neckline?).
