Carved marble or quartz box and lid. The box is rectangular and has four feet on the base. The sides of the box are pierced and form a design. The lid is rectangular with a round knob on the top. The edge is decorated with an incised pattern and the central section is divided into four with each section decorated differently. There are remnants of orange on the box and lid, possibly from a pigment.
