Painted wooden figure in the shape of a bi-facial hornbill, with five loops across the top, two of which are broken. Both faces of the flat carving are shallowly engraved with a concentric eye motif and parallel lines, as well as triangles and a single zig zag line. These designs are infilled with a white mineral paint, while the remaining surface is painted red and black. The bottom of the board is pierced to permit its attachment to something else.
