Almost square cream barkcloth with stencilled patterns. The textile is seemingly from a larger cloth, as some of the brown and black motifs are cut. The decoration consists of a centre panel and borders. The centre panel is divided into 2 halves by a set of bands. Each rectangular section is divided again by a set of stripes. In one wide band one half is patterned by sets of stripes, bands and diagonals. The other half is subdivided into smaller rectangles containing small bands or stripes with a diamond/ triangle pattern. In the other rectangular area the second half consists of stripes with the same pattern. The patterns in each half of the rectangular areas exchange places across the middle band. At both longer sides the border is decorated with linked diamond motifs containing four-pointed motifs at their centres. In one of the bands this changes to a larger framed diamond motifs which are separated by 2 of the four-pointed motifs.
