Nine cast brass coins joined with a cotton string. One coin inscribed with 'Qianlong tongbao' on obverse, Manchu script on reverse. It was made during the reign period of the Qianlong emperor (1736-95). There are six Vietnamese coins: 1 inscribed with 'guangzhong tongbao' (1785), 4 with 'jingsheng tongbao' (1793) and 1 'jialong tongbao' (1803). All are plain on reverse. The inscriptions on two coins are illegible.
