Fife in B flat, boxwood, brass mounts. In two sections. One brass key, flat, round, mounted in turned ring. Fixed cork stopper. Sounding length (embouchure to foot) is 33.7 cm. Stamped 7 at foot and above the embouchure-hole. Marked 5Cand REIV with six stars, below head ferrule. Stamped: 'COTTON/BRIDE LANE/FLEET ST' with the mark of a star.
