A large, rectangular bark cloth (tapa). The patterning has been stencilled onto the cream-coloured ground, using black and red/brown pigment. The main centre field has two large complete and two half diamonds. The complete diamond's central motif is a white quatrefoil on a black ground and the half diamond's central motif is a circular white 'cut-out' on a brown ground. The textile's main ground has a brown stippled finish with three grouped solid black circles applied at regular intervals .
