Terracotta animal figurine, Cypriot, votive offering, creamy white clay. Simple hand moulded form – long flattened body (sheep/goat?) pricked detail for eyes and mouth. Brown painted stripes over body (faded), over creamy white slip. Hole pierced for hanging. Length 100 mm, height 40 mm (at highest). Sketch of figurine on review card.

Collection Information

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
