Anglo-German system. Serial number 30349. Double oval tinplate and black label: 'Manufacturers, C. Wheatstone & Co., London.' Similar number plate on left-hand. 6.25" diameter ebony veneer ends, bevelled edge, tight fretwork, some damage. 41 keys: 18 + 1 (left-hand), 21 + 1 (right-hand). Left-hand drone missing. Domed narrow chrome buttons. Later black leather straps, baize lined, on hand bar with screw adjustment and bone clamp. Handles stamped 'Linota'. Six-fold black leather bellows, corner repairs. Round-end steel reeds, reed pan stamped 'Helmut Peters,' modern pitch C and G. Formerly owned by Bandoneonist Helmut Peters, USA.
